• Designed and maintained the company's Next.js 16 and Supabase starters, the base for new projects.
• Drove adoption of the starters across 100% of new projects in the 5 to 6 months after they were built (5+ projects), supporting configuration and integration and cutting setup from a couple of days to half a day, about 75% less (estimated).
• Enforced TypeScript strict, ESLint, Prettier, Knip, typecheck, native git hooks, Conventional Commits and release-please across projects.
• Implemented CI/CD pipelines that generate releases automatically, send notifications with AI-generated summaries and deploy to backend environments.
• Standardized Supabase backends with Deno edge functions, declarative schemas, migrations, RPC, triggers, RLS and Bruno collections.
• Designed and built a workflow orchestration platform with an execution engine, editor, backend and REST API, iterating constantly with the team.
• Delivered the product ecosystem, opened to the market and built to receive organic customers, with a console, status page, website, blog, official documentation, Firebase extensions and Node packages.
• Built, with a team, the frontend of an internal organizational AI chat (Next.js 16, React 19, TanStack Query and Supabase). Reviewed code, definitions and priorities, and structured the work with the team around SDD, Storybook and branch and pull request conventions on top of an AI-generated codebase.

Client hand-off with no outages

• Led technically a team of 3 developers, a PM and QA, coordinating with the client's PO and team (3 developers and 2 backend engineers).
• Led a hand-off to the client team after 3 months of joint work, which continued development on the same standard with no platform outages in the following weeks.
• Built an issue risk classification that decides which issues go through review.
• Built a GitLab CI/CD pipeline that creates per-issue frontend, backend and database previews on Dokku with one click in under 5 minutes, and wrote the official documentation for applying it to similar-scale projects. Before, it took half an afternoon and depended on 4 or 5 senior profiles with SSH access (estimated).
• Built a Turborepo and pnpm monorepo that brings together 2 Next.js applications and a shared UI library with Storybook, deployed automatically to Dokku from GitHub Actions.
• Took part in an ISO certification renewal audit.

• Scaled the platform from 1 to 5 real-time users to peaks of 600 concurrent users during events, measured with analytics.
• Ran microservices and the database in Docker containers on Linux with backups. Apache at the server layer load-balanced traffic across containers over a local network to cut latency. Tuned database indexes and kept the frontend on AWS EC2 and S3.

• Built a multi-site CMS serving ~40 news sites from one codebase, with interface and articles configured from the CMS.
